We delivered 50pips on EURusd again today. Well this is not a charm, it is knowing what you are doing. We are just proving that Forex has a pattern and when you follow the pattern it does not matter whether the price is going up or down we know it will come back to our direction. That was the case with USDjpy, AUDusd and now EURusd. We don't panic and this is why we don't use Stop Loss. We have never used it and we will never use it. We only use trailing stop. The moment we enter 20 pips in any trade we lock profit.This is why we don't trade during the News .see what we are talking about below.

CADjpy Chart ANalysi

Remember what the Forex Mechanics wrote about CADjpy . We told you where the price might get to before turning back . We have been long on this pair for quit some time. Now let's do some analysis again.
Simply put,  check the hammer and the bullish candle that folllowed on the Daily T.F Notice that the hammer retraced back from the blue channel acting, as support that has not been broken since April. Again we waited for the price to break the 96.430 before we went long and now we think the price will get to 99.505. But again we need to wait for the current price of 97.010 befor we continue long.
So we are waiting.

GBPjpyCHART ANALYSIS

This is weekly chart analysis of the Forex Mechanics on GBPjpy. Possibly two charts were analyzed but we are only presenting one here which is the weekly chart. Now let's see the chart.

The price is trending up so what we want to know is whether there is the probability of trend continuation or reversal . We will publish the analysis at 8am GMT+1.

The Forex Mechanics think the Gbpjpy will go back North beginning on or before the 1st of November. Why? On the weekly T.F the price has tested 167.400 almost about 5 times and has failed to break that Support.Again if you look at the white trend line it acted as a resistance before and has now become a support. That trend line was tested twice, one in June 2013 and the second in Sept. 2013. Finally it was broken. And again it was tested as support first in Feb. 2014 and it could not be broken.
Now this is the interesting part. At the time it was tested the price got to it and formed a long hammer followed by a bullish candlestick that suggested a very long position is being taken by the Institutional traders.
That line has been retested again with another long hammer with a very strong bullish engulfing candlesticks suggesting that history is about to repeat itself.
In conclusion the Forex Mechanics believe GBPjpy will resume North to retest the upper channel which has also been tested twice. Giving us about 500 pips.
At the beginning of October we told you GBPjpy will go south and we thank God it has made over 900 pips this month alone..
We will suggest you don't go long yet . just wait till you hear from us.

We have just entered EURusd for long now. We are long for 15pips . If you must trade it wait for it to breaks 10 smoothed MA. Entry 1.26776 T.P at 1.26960
However we are waiting for AUDusd to break 61.8 Fibo level. Once it does that we go long. Otherwise we wait for the next candle after the bearish engulfing pattern  in 1 hr t.f then we can go short .1.26960.

How was your trade or how is it going, AUDusd was strongly resisted at 50% fibo level, but eventually it was broken and our T.P was hit. Also We even had one of the trades placed for the week enter positive.

We are long on AUDusd this morning . WE are hoping that it will break 50% fibo level in 1hr T.F and proceed to the North for 20pips.The Forex Mechanics thinks it will long for the rest of the day. We take profit at 0.87973 Price is now 0.87757.

The CADjpy is still in the north but CAD is showing sign of weekness. This means there will be temporary retracement which is already happening in 1hr T.F but this is not going to last for too long. But might form Doji on Daily for today only. We hope it will go back to the North. Why ? Because of the Hammer on weekly T.F. But for today please be careful. Just be on the save side.

RE-WE HAD A NICE DAY

I want you to refer to the article the Forex Mechanics posted on the 21/10/2014.  We analyzed the CADjpy Chart. Now  let us bring the chart  for you to see how far the Price Action has followed our analysis.

We analyzed that the price will get to 96.054. And the price has broken that price level. If it pulls back and continue after the Breakout. Then the next T.P will be 97.505. That is about 116 pips. So now we will place a Buy Stop at 96.526 and make the T.P  97.505.
Just set and Forget this trade. That is the advice  of the Forex Mechanics . And that is what we are doing.

Remember nothing is cast in in stone . And we have not recommended it for you. This is just for the purpose of education.

FOREXCHARTANALYSIS

 The price bounced of the support level and headed toward the North . What we want to know now is      whether the price will continue or pull back. We expected the price to return in the Forex Mechanic Workshop, but it seem we are in for long movement in the direction of the North. A hammer was formed in 1HR Time Frame so the price may not return until we see a price action or resistance suggesting otherwise.

It looks as if the price has met resistance on the first trendline So we wait for the price to break that level go back so we need to wait to see what is going to happen. If it breaks that level with a full body candle, we will wait for pull back before we enter. The price might not return until it hits the next level of resistance which is  1.27505. That is about 71 pips. So we are wating.

Hi Friends, I hope you made some pips today? Well.the Forex Mechanics are happy we made quit a lot. We took out 50 pips from EURusd .But we announce it now.
Now let us do our chart analysis for today. We are going to analyze CADjpy on daily T.F

We are already in this trade and we are going to remain in it we will remain until it hits the first T.P which is 96.054 which is 126 pips from where we entered. we like to enter at the beginning of a trend after careful analysis. Any time we see a bullish hammer against the trend we start watching our indicator for confirmation along the opposite trend. This pattern is not restricted to daily T.F. The Forex Mechanics trade this on 1hr, 4hr, Daily, weekly and Monthly T.F
You will also see that the price broke 94.663 resistance level, pull back to it and continued so we have double assurance. Just like we did on GBPusd yesterday. So we T.P at the next level of resistance. If it breaks that resistance the price will get to 99.220. So this is a great opportunity. to move with the trend and make some nice profit.

This is GBPusd. The price just broke 1.61130 and is headed North. This is what i think will happen. There will be a pull back continuation, and it might probably end in 1.62111. About 80pips. There might be one or two pull backs along the way but i don't see it not getting to that price level. 'Nothing is ever cast in stone.' But do your own analysis and let me know you view.

Hi, this morning the Forex mechanics advised that we go long on CHFjpy . The hammer on the Daily chart shows that we are in for a very long movement to the North. EURjpy is being watched as we are waiting for the price to break 136.312 price level for long even though we have taken about 30pips this morning. We are already shorting on NZDjpy in the Forex Workshop. This pair will sell for the whole of the day , but for our day trading plan we are collecting 20 pips for today. We are always taking our trades during the Japanese session . So most of the time we are already in the trade before coming out to post. But then we also realize that the London session always complete the ATR for the day which may sometimes be less or more than 20 pips for the remaining day. Hence for London session we gone for lesser pips not more than 20 pips. Unless we see the the Japanese session was very tight.
We are also shorting on GBPjpy for 20pips. We are still in EURusd even though we saw opportunity to take small profit around 10pm yesterday night.See the pix below

AUDusd could not break the 88.265 price level so we took out our profit and waited. We hope it breaks it this morning otherwise we short. But we will come back to let you know

This month we are not going to focus on so many currencies but about 4 or 5 that we know are going in the  direction that will ensure we get more pips. After all that is what we want PIPS. Now without much words we are going to be focusing on GBPjpy, EURaud, AUDchf . The Forex Mechanics believe so much that these pairs will give us a lot of pips this month.

So for the Month we are only going to be looking for the opportunity to short on GBPjpy

For EURaud we are also going to be looking for short position throughout the month.

For AUDchf we going to be looking for long position for the Month.

Although there is going to be a times these pairs will retrace or pull back. We are going to be avoiding those periods.
